I tried another expensive product that cost $88 month and had to take 4 capsules and my hair got worse. Works! Tastes great. No brainer. Dr Cooley recommended it to me. I have been using it for over 5 years without any hair loss. I would not waste my time with other products or RX. I buy the 5 pack of shake and 3 pack of vitamins. Plus I use the zinc scalp treatment and the purple shampoo and green volumizer. I wish they were not back ordered on the protein bars. Super Fast results!

Help Hair products grew back my hair!

Currently using the shakes and vitamins and collagen (Nuts4hair). I have been taking them for 6 months. I lost my hair from using Ashwagandha and collagen which I thought was good for hair. My hair started shedding and I lost over 150 hairs a day with clumps all around the sink. I went to a local dermatologist and and she suggested help hair products. And told me to stop using the collagen and ashwagandha. I started the shakes daily and used the help hair vitamin later. My hair literally stopped shedding in 2- 3weeks. Then I noticed new hair growing back and within 3 months my hair was fuller. Then around 4.5- 5 months my hair was thick again and now I am on a maintenance ( at 6 months)of shakes and vitamins. I threw away that product with ashwagandha because my other doctor said it worked and it only aggravated my hair but the dermatologist was right about help hair! And I stopped the collagen and use the Nuts4hair collagen which helped improve my hair too. I guess if you get the right products you get great results. Lucky for me it was help hair.

Big Fan of this product. Easy to use. I drink the mocha shake daily adn use the help hair vitamins as recommended but switch with the berry after a work out. My hair loss was from all sorts of causes. Stress , testosterone use , ashwagandha, and lack of sleep and poor nutrition. I will say that the shake does give me a good dose of a healthy daily meal and the fact it is growth hormone free, and has no gluten and no artificial flavors or colors I think is important. My hair took around 3 months to stop falling out and now a year later it has grown back in and is super healthy. I get hair cuts every 2-3 weeks.

Great Combination of Nutrients and Shampoos that Grew back my hair

My hair loss journey was over a period of 5 years. I was gradually thinning and had a history of family baldness. I did not want to go bald. My Hair Grew back in less than 4 months!

I am 24 years old and have been using whey protein isolate and collagen for 2 years. I thought it would be good for working out and my general health. I started to lose hair after 6-8 months from the WPI and collagen and did not realize it. I went to see a doctor in Charlotte and both the doctor and his staff told me it was the isolate and collagen. So they told me to try the help hair products. I tried the shake and collagen (nuts4hair) and I added the vitamins. Within 2 months all the shedding stopped and the hair started to grow back in. In 3-4 months it was fuller and thicker. I then added the Rescue shampoo and conditioner and I even added the Zinc as a scalp treatment 1-2 a week since it is a DHT blocker. My hair at 6.5 months is really thick and I do not need any medical treatments since I did not want to use finasteride because of the side effects or minoxidil. I wanted a natural alternative. I am lucky to find these products but since it was doctor recommended and I could not afford a procedure nor did I need one since I started on the shake etc early enough. The products and the customer service is amazing!

Long time user with Great hair from this product

I have been using this product for about 8 years. I was recommended years ago by Dr Jerry Cooley. I had hair loss and was not ready for a hair transplant. My hair was thinning for a variety of reasons. I started to use the shake daily and within 2 months I noticed the difference. My hair was really full at 5months. I even went back to Dr Cooley to see if I needed any treatment and he said just stay on the shake. I have been using the shake on a regular basis and have not noticed and more hair growth and have recommended this product to all my friends and relatives. I Love this Product!

Let me start off by saying that I love this product I have been taking hair shake since 2016.. I started balding in my early 30’s. My grandfather, father, uncles, most of my brothers and mostly all my cousins are bald or headed in that direction. I pretty much come from a bald family. This product not only make my hair thicker, it also make my hair grow really fast. Without this product I could get away with a hair cut every 2-3 weeks. When on this product I have to get a hair cut once a week. This product also makes my nails grow really fast. Now in my early 40’s I still have a full head of healthy hair. It’s thick, full and strong. I can wear any style I want, long or short. I accidentally stumbled on this product online looking for a alternative work out protein that would not make your hair fall out.. I was not looking for something that would make my hair grow I was only looking for something that wouldn’t make my hair fall out. I come from a line of thin haired people including my father , grandfather and uncles on my moms side. Quality Products!

I have been using the help Hair products including shakes, vitamins , collagen and shampoos and conditioner for over 12 years. Their products are the highest quality and my hair has been thick and full since I have been using them. I was recommended to these products by Dr Jerry Cooley a well know and respected hair doctor in North Carolina. I was losing hair for a variety of reasons and ever since I was using the products my hair is healthy and growing at least 1/2 inch a month. I use the shake and the collagen in the morning and have tried all the flavors but vanilla is my favorite. I use the vitamin later in the evening. I just received my Vanilla & Super Greens Shakes I never write reviews but I feel like I must share my experience with everyone. After years of trying "Hair Growth"products that add just biotin & a few buzzwords to their ingredients & pass themselves off as a hair growth company. Spoiler alert They NEVER worked & I ended up throwing money down the drain ( along with my hair). That's when I really did my research & found Help Hair. I am a Long term Happy customer! I never write reviews but the shakes and vitamins along with the shampoos and conditioners are amazing. My hair doctor (Dr Cooley) who I went to several years ago started me on the products. My hair is thicker and fuller and my hair loss stabilized and the shakes filled in the bald areas. Customer service is amazing and they offer good advice on which products would work best. I would suggest calling them if you have questions. I started with vanilla shakes and added vitamins and the Rescue md shampoo and conditioner. Now that my hair is thick I use the leafy green shampoo and alternate with the Rescue MD. I currently drink the mocha and Zesty shakes. My hair is amazing and the products are A+ World class stuff. I could not give a better rating.

Dr Ashley Curtis recommended it. Dr Curtis is a Board certified Dermatologist in Atlanta and is well know for treating hair loss. I was losing my hair from a combination of stress, hitting menopause, and the loss of my husband. I noticed thinning over a period of 6 months and I tried a product that had Ashwaganda and it made my hair loss worse. I went to Dr Curtis and she said that I should take 1 shake in the morning daily and 1 vitamin in the evening. I normally do. not drink shakes but when i tried the vanilla I fell in love with the great taste and look forward to it daily. I noticed immediate stopping of the hair loss after 6 weeks and my nails grew like crazy! Then at 2 months my hair was getting stronger and the bald patches gradually filled in. After 4 months the hair itself was thicker too and now at 8 months I noticed alot of the little fine hairs have regrown and new hair is sprouting. I did not think that a product can change your life but this was a life changer and I am no longer self conscious. I still have a greta deal of stress in my life but hair loss in not one of them. If you are going to take back control of your hair loss I highly recommend this product. I wish I started early. This is my third case of Help Hair shakes. I started researching at the beginning of the year due to an upcoming surgery. I read that the trauma of general surgery can cause hair loss, Telogen Effluvium, and I wanted to avoid this. Before I use a product, I research every avenue I can find and look for both positive and negatives. I went ahead and took a chance on Help Hair shakes due to the reviews and research on the ingredients thinking that it couldn't hurt. I ordered a case and started drinking a few months before surgery to build up the good nutrients. My general surgery was early May and here it is early October and there's been no loss. In fact, my hair is in better health than it's ever been! I mix a scoop with cold coffee in the mornings to start my day. The Super Greens is my favorite! Dear Help Hair, I am writing to thank you for making such an amazing product. I was diagnosed with alopecia in 2017 and was struggling to slow down my hair loss. I was trying everything! I was referred to your product by the Verso Surgery Clinic in Canada several months ago. They recommend that I try your product as others were seeing results after using it. I tried the hair shake to begin with and noticed results fairly quickly. Best Smoothie for hair!

I use the help hair shakes daily as my morning wakeup smoothie. I make it with almond drink and some days I add fruit to the vanilla and other days I add the Nits4hair with the chocolate. I went to Dr Cooley, a hair doctor in Charlotte years ago and he said if the shakes work I would not meed a procedure. I buy the minis so I can try all the shake flavors. My favorite flavors are vanilla and berry. My wife is a big chocolate and coffee fan so she gets the mocha too. We both tried the new Aztec flavor and it really is very good. Next time I order I am going to try the Super Greens. The shakes by far are the best treatment for hair loss. I was losing my hair from a bad divorce. My ex wife stressed me so much that it was brutally thinning. I went to a mens health clinic to get more energy and they gave me testosterone and growth hormone. That made things way worse. I have tried many products including laser combs, minoxidil , hair vitamins from Amazon and CVS. Nothing worked. Thousands of dollars later I was still losing my hair! Best decision ever to use Help hair Products!

Back in January 2019, Dr. Super Cool Cooley recommended the hair help shakes along with mentioning the shampoo / conditioner/ vitamins. Let me tell you, these shakes, especially the chocolate with the peanut butter are delicious ! My boyfriend along with my sister and her husband love these shakes!! As for the shampoo / conditioner- I was losing a handful of hair every time I washed my hair. Not now - with the hair help shampoo and conditioner I am on my way to looking like Repunzel!!! The vitamins are fantastic!! This is the best decision I ever made was to go see Dr. Super Cool Cooley and add these hair help shampoo/ conditioner/ shakes and vitamins!!! Vanilla flavor is amazing! Works great and easy to use. I use it in the morning and mix it with berries and peaches. My friend went to Dr Cooley a hair doctor and he recommended it. It worked for him after 4months. I tried it and my hair regrew in 3 months and I have been using it for over a year. Dr Boden told me to use the shake and I had great success!

I went to see Dr Boden, a hair doctor near me in Ct. He said it was too soon for a hair transplant. He told me to try the shakes and hair vitamins and he likes the Leafy Green Volumizing shampoo and conditioner. I noticed results within weeks and have a nice head of hair after only 4 months. I found Help Hair products online and they actually work! The shake and vitamins grew back my hair line and my thin hair in the crown became thick and I do not see the scalp anymore. DR OSEITUTU MADE ME A BIG FAN!

I am an African American woman with hair loss called CCCA. My dermatologist, Dr OseiTutu told me to use the shakes, vitamins and the Nuts4Hair. I Watched a video from Dr Sean Behnam online and the products work exactly as he said!

I used several hair vitamins. Bought them online. Did not work. In fact they made things worse. I was watching Dr Sean Behnam talk about Help Hair Shake at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-LIg6kCjNI. I tried the shake and vitamins and thought I would start with the RescueMD Combo pack since it had free shipping and included the botanical shampoo and conditioner. The Help Hair Products are a miracle! I went to my Dermatologist. Dr Brent Mizelle told me to use a combination of Shakes, Help Hair Vitamins and Rescue MD Shampoos and conditioners. I read online and added the Nuts4Hair. Within 4 weeks I had immediate improvement. First my hair stopped shedding and then it grew faster and thicker. Now at 5 months my hair loss completely stopped and best of all it was easy to take. I use the shake daily with the Nuts4hair and take the vitamin later. The shampoo and conditioner smell great. I have been slammed with working 60 hours a week and have not had time to rest and even eat properly. My new job was overwhelming and I started to lose hair after around 4 months into it. Easy to use and works fast!

I was using a marine collagen and had to take 4 large horse pills capsules a day. I spent $80/month and it did not work. Help hair Shake works great and the Helphair shaker makes it easy to mix. I mix the shake with 12 oz of almond drink. Tastes great and I do not have to make a mess with a blender. Just shake up the shaker and leave it in the refrigerator overnight and take it to work for breakfast in the morning. My hair was coming out in clumps. Now it is full and strong. I typically buy a case. I like to buy all 5 flavors and mix them. I have been using the shakes for over 6 years now. My doctor in Georgia recommends them. I also use the hair vitamins along with the shake. I am 63 y/o now and my hair is looking better than when I was in my 40's I have 3 children and my mother had thin hair and after my third pregnancy my hair was so thin. I started the shake I had seen Dr Ed Griffin and he and his staff are so nice. They offered me the shakes but carried 3 of the 5 flavors. So I was very ambitious and tried them all. I was losing my hair from a bad divorce. My ex-wife took everything. And with the stress of alimony and child support I was completely thinning. I wanted to get back into the dating seen but with little or no hair I did not stand a chance. I looked online. Dr Jerry Cooley recommended Help Hair products to me when I visited him all the way from Alabama. His credentials are excellent so it was worth traveling. He was past President of the Hair Restoration Society and a Board Certified Dermatologist. He told me it was too soon for a hair transplant and he suggested I try the Help Hair Shake and vitamins and even use the their shampoos and conditioners. I started with the shake and vitamins daily and after a few months I knew I was on the right track. Next I added the Rescue MD shampoo and conditioner. My hair is so much thicker and it stopped falling out and the hair line and bald spot in the back filled in.I did not want to use finasteride because of the side effects so I added the Nuts4Hair which has natural DHT blockers. The taste of the shake and the Nuts4Hair is really good and I look forward to taking it everyday. I am so happy and Dr Cooley really gave me good advice. He said this is the only product that works for hair. And he has tried them all!

Shakes taste great and hair grew like a weed!

I tried several hair vitamins. Did not work at all. I even tried biotin and took 10 mg a day. My hair still fell out. Then I went to my dermatologist, Dr Kois and she said to use the shake and hair vitamins. I am not at 6 months and my hair grew back completely. I now order the case (5 shakes) and even tried all 5 flavors and I bought the 3 pack of vitamins and both had free shipping and in North Carolina there was no sales tax. So I am paying around $2/day. I think it is well worth it for my luscious locks. I did not use any other messy products like minoxidil and Dr Kois did not recommend any lasers and that saved me a fortune.

Help hair 4 step program grew back my hair. I had surgery on my back. Lots of pain and rehab. My hair started falling out 6 months later. Help hair shake and vitamins reversed it within 4 months. Happy Healthy Hair Regrowth

As the result of a rear end car accident I suffered a through a very traumatic experience, and along with the stress from my injuries my hair began to fall out in patches and got very thin on top. Easy to take to work!

I have been losing my hair for 5 years. I reversed my hair loss using the Help hair shake and help hair vitamins. It took about 5-6 months. And I have been drinking it steadily for a period of 4 years. I mostly buy it online and sometimes from my dermatologist. The only issue I had was that I like to take the shake at night and I work at night in a hospital. So instead of having to take a whole 2.1lb pouch with me to work I bring a mini in my pocket and mix it in a shake bottle when I get to work. I leave it in the refrigerator for an hour since I do not have access to a blender and drink it when I have time. I like the fact that I can alternate flavors depending on my mood. If I had to pick a flavor I would say mocha is my favorite!

I never miss a day

Easy on the go

I use the large 2.1 pouch when I am home but since I travel from L.A. to Houston almost every other week I like to have the shake daily. Rather than bring the larger pouch I can store the minis in my carry-on and have them available for daily use. I alternate flavors with the minis and this way I get to try all the flavors. Great for the traveler

I travel all the time. The mini's on the go single serving are great because they are easy to pack and I can keep using the shake and vitamins without interrupting my daily routine. I take a travel bottle and mix the shake at night for a snack instead of eating junk food on the road. With only 75 calories and great looking hair this product works for me!

Tried all the flavors

I have been using the vanilla shake for 2 years. Dr Scott Boden told me to try the shake and it works great. I wanted to try the rest of the flavors so I ordered the 15 mini's. They are nice especially if you travel. The mocha is delicious and it tastes better than Star Bucks brand and it grows hair! The Super Greens tastes like green tea ice cream and the chocolate is perhaps the best chocolate shake I have ever had. Too bad the directions say not to make hot chocolate. That would be great during this cold winter.

Great taste!
